What I stand for

Ship AI. Deliver outcomes. Keep control. The ideas behind my work, my writing and the way I live. They come from 25 years of keeping large systems running, and from places where nothing runs by default.

Eight ideas

Technology-agnostic. Outcome first. In control. Each idea links to an essay where I make the full case.

Technology-agnostic

I do not care which model you use

Models no longer decide who wins. The system around them does: when to use a model, which one, when to switch, how to control cost and risk, and how to keep humans in charge. No vendor push.

Capacity

Build capability, not dependency

Before any vendor builds your AI, ask one question: who changes it after they leave? Running the system is the easy part. Changing it is where the cost hides. The goal is your self-sufficiency.

Accountability

Every decision needs an owner

AI no longer suggests. It decides. Most companies scaled decisions before they scaled accountability. That gap is where risk lives. If you don’t own the layers, AI owns your decisions.

ReadIf AI makes decisions, who is accountable?

Discipline

Motivation sucks. Trust discipline.

Output is cheap. The operator is the bottleneck. Motivation comes and goes. A system you run every day does not. When something breaks, fix the lowest failing layer first.

Inclusion

AI will not be inclusive by default

2.2 billion people are still offline. Connectivity is only the entry ticket. Inclusion is real when access turns into income: skills, buyers, and protection from day one.

Technology is the plumbing. Economic participation is the water.

If we work together

My objective is your self-sufficiency. You stay in charge of your AI strategy, its execution and how it evolves.

  • Technology-agnosticNo vendor push. I recommend what fits your business, not what someone sells.
  • Outcome-drivenThe result in the business is the measure, not the number of pilots or tools.
  • Ownership firstI build your internal capability, not your dependency on me or on a vendor.
  • Execution over hypeDiscipline in delivery, from 25 years in enterprise IT operations and automation.
  • Disclosed, alwaysWhen a brand pays for my work, I say so on the work itself.
