The OG Operating System

Find your lowest failing layer

The OG OS Assessment is not a personality test and it does not score your life. It is a routing tool: it tells you where to start.

How it works

Three statements for each of the ten components, thirty in total. Score each one for what is true now, not what you plan to become.

0Rarely true, or failing now
1Inconsistent, depends on good conditions
2True now, and holds under pressure

Add the three scores for each component, from 0 to 6. Do not average them into one flattering number.

Your lowest score is your first chapter. If two are equal, start with the lower layer.

How to read your result

0 to 2

Failing now

Repair this before adding pressure above it.
3 to 4

Unstable

Works in good conditions, breaks under load.
5 to 6

Holding

Maintain it and move to the next-lowest component.

If every component scores 5 or 6, there is nothing to repair right now. Keep running a weekly review and take the test again when a score drops.
