AI is now writing, refining, optimizing, and bias-checking job descriptions at scale.

That changes more than efficiency.

It changes who applies, how roles are defined, and what companies prioritize.

The hiring manager is still accountable.

But increasingly, AI is holding the pen.

The future of hiring is not human or AI.

It’s human judgment amplified by AI.
