The real problem with deepfakes is no longer whether they look real.

It’s whether they can be verified.

AI can generate convincing content in minutes. Trust can disappear just as fast.

That is why digital provenance matters.

The future of trust will not rely on human judgment alone. It will rely on cryptographic proof that shows who created the content, when it was created, and how it was modified.

In the AI era, authenticity is becoming a technical problem that requires a technical solution.

Trust is no longer a promise. It’s metadata.
